Background

Jubilant Technologies was founded in 2000 by inventors of multimedia communications technologies from Columbia University, an internationally acknowledged leader in field of multimedia communications over IP networks. Columbia has worldwide patents in MPEG-2, MPEG-4, and MPEG-7, which have been the technology foundation for DVD, Direct Broadcast Satellite, HDTV, and IPTV.
