Jubilant Technologies was founded by researchers from Columbia University, in New York City. Our founding team performed research with leading research institutions, such as AT&T Labs and IBM T.J. Watson Research, and determined that there was a need for multimedia communications software and expertise in the market. 

We began in 2001 as a technology services and software company working primarily with Fortune 500 companies and defense and intelligence agencies. We found a common pattern where the business or organizational leaders wanted to gain strategic advantages or major performance improvements, but lacked the ability to transform their vision into execution. On the IT side, we found that frequently, CIOs and IT leaders also wanted to accomplish the same objectives, but lacked the resources to execute. Jubilant addresses these needs, and bridges the gap between IT and the business/organizational leadership. By doing so, we help organizations become high performance enterprises.

We work together with the IT team to design an end-to-end technology solution that can realize this vision, based on industry leading technologies and trends. Finally, we consult with our client to formulate an operating plan to enable the benefits to be realized from the technology, and provide managed services to augment the IT team if necessary.

As an example, we've partnered with AT&T since 2004 to provide our technology solutions to Fortune 1000 companies as well as healthcare organizations throughout the U.S. We also follow industry trends and conduct intensive market research to identify and test best-of-breed technologies and systems, so that our clients get the best the market has to offer.
